OAA Venture Returns & Refund Policy

⏱️ Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days from the day you receive your item.

📦 Return Postage

  • The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

  • If you choose to use a prepaid return label provided by OAA Venture, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.

🔄 Return Conditions

You may return an item if:

  • It is unused and in its original condition, or

  • It is not as described in the product listing.

If an item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, you are fully protected and entitled to a refund or replacement.

🛡️ Buyer Protection

Purchases from OAA Venture are covered under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013, which give you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

These regulations include:

  • Your right to inspect the item as you would in a physical shop

  • Your right to request a refund within the cancellation period

  • Exceptions for certain goods (e.g., personalised items, perishable goods, sealed hygiene products once opened)
